It’s not surprising to see the world’s greatest artists pass their creative genes onto their offspring, and it appears that’s what Kanye West has done with his daughter North.

Kim Kardashian showed off an impressive landscape painting on her Instagram Story and claimed North West was the artist behind it.
“My little artist North,” Kardashian, 40, wrote on Monday.
However, very few people actually believe the 7-year-old daughter of Kardashian and Kanye West is behind the artwork that’s prompted comparisons to the famed painter, instead suggesting that North could be responsible for the signature in the corner.
“I’m supposed to work but i can’t stop thinking about how north west did not paint this,” tweeted one person alongside a screenshot of the painting.
“You’re telling me North West is out here drawing like she is Bob Ross.. and I’m over here still drawing stick figures at 25?!?” a shocked Twitter user wrote.
Others were even more skeptical, pointing out that the signature appears to be digitally added to the painting.
“When you zoom in you can see the border on the transparent ‘North =),’” tweeted another.
“Kim Kardashian’s child did not paint this,” tweeted another. “You can even see the photo shop signature. And even if you didn’t, it’s Kim K so you have to take everything she says with a heavy spoonful of salt.”
Kardashian hasn’t responded to any of the skepticism.
Tracy Romulus, Chief Marketing Officer of KKW Brands, took to Twitter to explain that North DID create that painting in art class alongside her daughter, Ryan.
I hate that I have to comment but grown adults are putting a lot of energy into questioning whether or not my daughter and her best friend actually really painted the works we have shared proudly as parents. (1 of 3)

Both girls are in an art class together and learning oil painting techniques from an instructor. They spend weeks at a time on a single painting and are incredibly proud of themselves once they complete a project.

They are following a curriculum but the works are original starting from a blank canvas and each child’s own interpretation. Please stop with the negativity at @ me with your doubts, it’s people like you who keep a child from dreaming big and reaching their fullest potential.
