Naya Rivera and Ryan Dorsey to Share Joint Custody of Their Son Following Her Domestic Battery Arrest

Naya Rivera and Ryan Dorsey have decided to share custody of their son after her domestic battery arrest.

The couple filed court documents to share legal and physical custody of two-year-old Josey Hollis Dorsey.

Naya filed for divorce for the second time from Ryan earlier this month. She first filed in 2016, but called it off following a brief fling with David Spade.

She and Ryan got back together and things were seemingly fine until she was arrested for assaulting him over Thanksgiving weekend. Naya allegedly hit Ryan in the head and lip with her cell phone while they were on a walk with their son.

Naya’s rep told Page Six on Friday that “the family is working together peacefully and all matters have been amicably resolved.”

Good for them.
