Drake dropped his highly anticipated ‘More Life’ project today and it features a song called “Get It Together” featuring Black Coffee and Jorga Smith.
Now, the song itself is a remake of Black Coffee’s “Superman” — but earlier this year we heard a few snippets of “Get It Together” as what we now know was his collaboration with Jennifer Lopez.
The version of “Get It Together” released today does NOT feature Jennifer at all, but instead newcomer Jorja Smith sings what was J. Lo’s part.
Elsewhere on More Life, Drake reveals he still drunk texts Jennifer . The revelation comes in the song “Free Smoke.”
He raps, “I drunk text J.Lo / Old number, so it bounce back.”
On TOP of that, Drake samples Jennifer’s “If You Had My Love” on “Teenage Fever.” Jennifer must have really had Drake feeling some kind of way….
