Master P may still feel disrespected by his brother C-Murder and the fact he turned to Kim Kardashian and Monica for help, but if it’s any consolation the rapper/mogul will be honored by BET this year.
Master P will receive the I Am Hip Hop award at the 2020 BET Hip Hop Awards ceremony on Oct. 27.
Gen Z will be reminded that he’s just not Romeo’s daddy, but that Master P actually got his start launching a record store and then his label in 1991 with just $10,000 inherited from his grandfather.
