Magic Johnson’s son E.J. Johnson is busy filming his new reality show, Rich Kids of Beverly Hills but last night he took a break to hit up NYC’s 1OAK nightclub with Miley Cyrus — the only problem being that they’re both under 21.
His friend Andrew Warren posted a pic Andrew, EJ partying with Miley in the club saying:

According to witnesses, Miley & E.J. were both drinking alcohol. Lindsay Lohan was also in the building, but reportedly stayed sober.
“Lindsay Lohan was at a nearby table and came running over to Miley’s table. The girls started giggling and whispering. They made several trips to the bathroom together and then left out a back exit, so they wouldn’t be spotted by the paparazzi.”
We guess Beverly Hills kids pretty much live life without consequence.
