Madonna & ‘Empire’ Soundtrack Battle for No. 1 on Billboard 200

If you think the success of Empire is strictly reserved to television, think again.

The soundtrack to Empire could debut at number one on the Billboard 200 next week.

The only album threatening its position is Madonna’s new album Rebel Heart, which was also released on March 10.

Both albums are currently on track to sell roughly 125,000 copies each.
