Lauryn Hill certainly has much to be thankful for this Thanksgiving.
The singer-songwriter is scheduled to embark on her first performance since serving a three month federal prison sentence for tax evasion charges.
According to The New York Daily News, Ms.Hill will perform a pair of shows at New York’s Bowery Ballroom on Nov. 27 as part of her post-prison tour.
As previously reported, the judge has postponed Lauryn’s three month home confinement mandate to January 1 in order for Hill to go on tour spanning from November 15 through December 31.
As part of the agreement, the 38-year-old New Jersey native is required to provide tour details, including dates, cities and hotels to her probation officer.
