Former Kardashian bodyguard Marc McWilliams, who previously sued Kris Jenner over sexual assault and battery, has filed a new lawsuit against the momager. In the new report, Marc claimed that the momager groped his crotch area back in 2017.

Kris Jenner’s former bodyguard has just added new allegations in his lawsuit against the momager, claiming she groped him in the ‘genital area’ while the two were driving in her Bentley.
According to new legal documents, obtained by The Blast, Marc McWilliams added the new allegations in an amended complaint to the lawsuit he filed against the Kardashian family matriarch. In the new documents, the bodyguard claims he was summoned to accompany Jenner to a meeting, and while sitting with her in the vehicle, she began to grope him while riding in the front seat.
In the documents, the former bodyguard described the incident in detail, stating, “At approximately 8:35 a.m. on the morning of October 22, 2017, while working in his regular work duties, (He) received a text message from (Jenner) requesting that he accompany her from her home to an appointment in Calabasas, California scheduled for 10:00 a.m. that morning.”
He claims he was directed by Kris “to enter her Bentley automobile and sit in the front passenger seat while (she) was driving the vehicle.” At some point, he claims she started making overtly sexual comments, and “caused her right hand to move up the upper inner left thigh and groin area, while caressing (him.)”
At that point, the bodyguard claims he attempted to ‘shift away’ from the unwanted groping but she continued with her right hand coming into contact with his “inner groin and genital area.”
In the documents, the former bodyguard claims he has sustained ‘severe emotional distress’ and now suffers from great physical pain and suffering including, “loss of sleep, anxiety, depression, headaches, and other physical symptoms.”
Kris Jenner is denying the allegations and her legal team issued a statement, saying, she “categorically rejects these new baseless claims.” As we reported, Jenner’s lawyers are considering suing the bodyguard and his lawyers for malicious prosecution.
As business savvy and strategic Kris Jenner is, it’s hard to imagine she would do anything that would put her in the position to be sued or have her character defamed.
