Kim Zolciak was spotted out and about with husband Kroy Biermann for the first time since giving birth to twins last week.

The couple welcomed twins Kaia Rose and Kane Ren on November 25th and Kim’s body already appears to be bouncing back!

….well that is if she doesn’t decide to get pregnant with baby number 7.
