Kim Zolciak & Kroy Biermann are parents again!

Kim gave birth to two healthy twins early this morning and took to Instagram to share the news. She posted a series of photos announcing the birth and the inspirations behind the babies names.

Kim and Kroy already have two sons – two-year-old Kroy Jr. and 15-month-old Kash.

Kim also has two daughters, 16-year-old Brielle and 12-year-old Ariana, from ex-husband Dan Toce — however Kroy has since legally adopted them as his own.

The arrival of Kaia & Kane bring their total ‘bunch’ to 6!
