Kim Kardashian has entered a new request to end her marriage to Kanye West.

“I very much desire to be divorced,” the Skims founder said in court documents obtained by TMZ Thursday, adding that privacy has become a huge issue for the estranged couple.
“Kanye has been putting a lot of misinformation regarding our private matters and co-parenting on social media, which has created emotional distress,” she added.
Throughout February, West, 44, has called out Kardashian, 41, on his Instagram — which boasts 14.7 million followers — for allowing their 8-year-old daughter, North, to be on TikTok and even accused her of kidnapping their 4-year-old daughter, Chicago, among a host of other comments about their co-parenting issues.
West has also repeatedly made digs and threats toward Kardashian’s new boyfriend, Pete Davidson, on social media and in the lyrics of his new music.
The “All of the Lights” rapper also asked the KKW Beauty CEO to waive marital privilege if she remarries so any conversations about custody would be accessible in court.
However, Kardashian’s attorney responded to that request in the new docs, stating, “Clearly Mr. West’s goal here is to prevent or make it difficult for Ms. Kardashian to remarry.”
The “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” alum’s team also claimed West’s attorneys are having “challenges in communicating” with the Yeezy founder, echoing what Kardashian said in an Instagram post earlier this month about her estranged husband having had to hire three attorneys since she filed for divorce in February 2021.
The mother of four also confirmed that she would not be transferring assets out of any trust, in accordance with West’s request, because it aligns with what is in their prenuptial agreement.
“While I wish our marriage would have succeeded, I have come to the realization that there is no way to repair our marriage,” Kardashian said in the docs, according to TMZ. “Kanye does not agree, but at least it appears that he has come to the realization that I want to end our marriage, even if he does not.”
She concluded that she wants to be divorced so that their “family can begin the healing process and move forward in this new chapter in our lives.”
The reality star and West also share sons Saint, 6, and Psalm, 2.
Sounds like Kim is gearing up to handle her business in court.
