It’s interesting how many people cross paths in this world only to come full circle and meet again later in life.
Kerry Washington stopped by The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon and revealed that while she was growing up in the Bronx, she took a dance class taught by none other than Jennifer Lopez — who eventually left to go do “In Living Color.”
According to Kerry, she initially just went for the “candy at the end of class,” but her teacher “had an awesome substitute teacher named Jennifer, who would sometimes step in and teach but she left to move to L.A. and be on In Living Color.”
It took Jimmy a second to put two and two together…but he eventually asked “THE Jenny from the block?” Kerry and Jimmy then took turns feigning excitement over the situation in their best “valley girl” voices.
