Kenya Moore hasn’t always been portrayed in the best light on Bravo’s The Real Housewives of Atlanta, but she says that she’s looking forward to this upcoming season of the show because several truths will finally be revealed.

“This season is going to be a great season for me; it’s the season of redemption,” Kenya tells Enstarz. “A lot of things will come to light that I feel will be redemptive for me. I’m just excited for people to not question the lies that were told by many people on the show, and now we’ll all get to see what the real truth is.”

She adds, “I’d see sometimes, early on, that I was being called a ‘mean girl.’ I think it’s very clear that I don’t start trouble, trouble tries to find me and I sort of end arguments.”

As far as her strained relationships with some of the girls are concerned, she says that things are better.

“I’m cordial with all of the women and some of them are really my friends on and off-camera,” she says. “I think you’ll be able to see who those people are when you watch the show, as well.”

We all know by now that Phaedra Parks’ husband Apollo is in prison, but Kenya says that the ‘love triangle’ between her, Phaedra, and Apollo has been put to bed.

“The other thing is about this whole going after someone’s man or things like that… I’ve never been interested in anyone’s man, husband, boyfriend and I’m actually that girl you want to have around if you have a boyfriend or a man or a husband, because I’m so not interested … I’m a real girl’s girl,” she says. “I love to support other women. I love beautiful women. I love confident women.”

We can’t wait to watch! RHOA returns to Bravo on November 9th.
