According to the U.K.’s Daily Mail, reality TV teen-turned-Chanel and Givenchy model Kendall Jenner is ready to leave her family’s E! reality show Keeping Up With The Kardashians.
“She has been advised by friends in the fashion industry that reality TV could damage her modeling career,” a source told the paper.
Kendall’s contractually obligated to continue appearing on the show throughout 2015, but according to the source she has stepped away from a developing spin-off series.
“Kendall had the option to pull out of any other potential shows and that’s exactly what she’s done,” the insider revealed.
Leaving KUWTK to take her modeling career seriously might be the right thing to do — especially considering she’s already benefitting from the exposure.
Her modeling career may not be as lucrative as a spin-off series, but it’s not always about the money.
