Katt Williams Says He’s Being Targeted By Law Enforcement Because He’s Black [Video]

Katt Williams has been in and out of jail more times than we can count, but he says the reason has little to do with him actually breaking the law.

When leaving an Atlanta jail Friday night, he told local news cameras that he believes he’s being unfairly targeted because he’s black.
