Justin Bieber samples The Isley Brothers on his latest promo release, “Bad Day“.

This marks the fifth release in his Music Mondays series.

For those of you who don’t know, Bieber is releasing a song a week for 10 weeks leading up to the release of his new movie Believe 3D on Christmas Day.
