Jussie Smollett Pleads Not Guilty to 16-Count Felony Indictment for Allegedly Lying to Police About Being a Hate Crime Victim [Video]

Jussie Smollett pled not guilty to the 16-count indictment against him for filing a false police report.

During his hearing, he was advised he needs to be at every court date going forward, and is set to be back in court in mid-April.

Jussie will ll be allowed to travel to L.A. and NY for meetings with his lawyers, but he must notify the court 48 hours in advance before going to either location.

He scheduled the next court hearing for April 17.
