JonBenet Ramsey’s Brother Sues CBS for $750 Million for Insinuating He Killed Her

JonBenet Ramsey’s older brother, Burke Ramsey, has filed a lawsuit against CBS for its TV special about his sister in which some experts openly theorized that he had taken a flashlight to his little sister’s head.

He is seeking $750 million — $250 million in compensatory damages and $500 million in punitive damages.

Burke has already sued one of the experts CBS featured in the special for $150 million.

CBS had no comment.
