Jay-Z kicked off the Meadows Music and Arts Festival in Queens on Friday with a 90-minute set.
Before getting into “The Story of O.J.”, Jay told the crowd “I want to dedicate this song to Colin Kaepernick tonight.”
He continued, “I want to dedicate this to Dick Gregory. I want to dedicate this song to anyone that was held back and you overcame.”

It’s nice to see public figures using their platforms to speak up for the unfair treatment of Colin. He deserves so much more.
