It’s official: Nicki Minaj is heading to the barbershop.
As we stated yesterday, Barbershop 3 is shaping up to be an even bigger success than its predecessors, and now with the inclusion of Nicki Minaj, we imagine that its chances of success have skyrocketed.
Nicki will portray Draya, the sassy new hairdresser of the beauty shop area of the barbershop. She joins an already star-studded cast that includes Ice Cube, Cedric the Entertainer, Common, Regina Hall and Anthony Anderson.
Malcolm D. Lee (The Best Man) will direct, while Kenya Barris and Tracy Oliver will pen the script.
