Drake dropped “Summer Sixteen” earlier this afternoon and on the track he takes more than one dig at Meek Mill.
He raps:
“I let that diss record drop/ You was standing right below me n****/ You must’ve played it a hundred times/ You was going to bed/ Why would I put on a vest, I expect you to aim for the head/ I could’ve killed you the first time/ You don’t have to say it louder n****/ Trust we heard the first time.”
Well, Meek kept the momentum going by dropping a second installment of his 4/4 mixtape and of course couldn’t pass up the opportunity to fire back a few more shots.
On “War Pain,” Meek raps:
“See an OVO chain, probably take that shit
You ain’t writin’, ni**a, we caught ya / Can’t erase that shit and you claiming you Hov now? / Why you state that shit?
Ni**as be talking out their face, but soon as you body something, they be singin’ like they Drake / Ni**as dancin’ like they fruitcakes / ‘Hotline Bling’ don’t get no bang up in this new Wraith.”
Alright. Enough is enough.
