ICYMI: Tia Mowry Joins 'Rosewood,' Will Play Former Homeless Teen Lesbian Turned Restaurant Owner

Tia Mowry has lined up her next gig following the recent cancellation of her Nick at Nite sitcom Instant Mom.

The 37-year-old has landed a recurring role on FOX’s freshman drama series Rosewood.

According to Deadline, the actress will dig deep to play Cassie, a former homeless teenage lesbian turned restaurant owner. Cassie is also Pippy’s (played by Gabrielle Dennis) childhood friend.

Tia joins actor Taye Diggs, who also recently landed a major recurring role on the crime procedural.

It’s currently unknown when Tia will make her first appearance on Rosewood, but are you excited to hopefully see her opposite Morris Chestnut?
