During her red carpet appearance at last weekend’s SAG Awards, Danielle Brooks revealed what viewers can expect when Orange Is the New Black returns for season five.
The 27-year-old actress, who nearly turned down the role of Tasha “Taystee” Jefferson, told E! News’ Brad Goreski that the upcoming season will be detailed, intense and take place “over the course of three days.”
Yes, you read that correctly: all 13 episodes of season five will cover just 72 hours.
“Get your popcorn, your tissues, everything,” Danielle warned while discussing the upcoming season.
