Kim Kardashian showed us all what she’s working with when she stepped out for a lunch date in Los Angeles wearing these super fitting cream pants.

There’s no way those pants came straight off the rack.

Last month, Grazia magazine reported the reality TV star pays stylist Cornelius Clay almost $5,000-a-day to be on hand at all times to ensure that her pants fit perfectly.

Kim is believed to buy size 10 trousers and jeans which fit her bottom, but then alter them to fit her size 4 waist.
