While Beyoncé was attending Roc Nation’s pre-Grammy brunch in Beverly Hills, California, yesterday afternoon, her younger sister Solange was spotted heading to a Rio-themed Veuve Clicquot Carnival party in Miami, Florida.

Sporting very little makeup, Solange donned a see-through pastel pink strapless dress.

We’re loving her look. It’s very modern with a touch of ’70s chic, but you know the drill: hate it or love it?
