Donald Trump’s desperation is reaching new heights.
In his latest attempt to overturn the election results, he, along with Mike Pence and the Trump campaign, are suing Joe Biden and Kamala Harris directly in Wisconsin.
His goal is to carve out the absentee ballots that brought Joe and Kamala to victory in two counties — Milwaukee and Dane.
In the suit, Trump is asking the court to set aside the Board of Canvassers’ legal determination that in-person absentee ballots should be counted.
He’s arguing that the absentee ballots cast for Biden/Harris in those counties did not follow the proper procedure.
This more than likely won’t work and it’ll be one more failure for the Trump administration before Biden AND Harris take office in January.
