The Game says that invoking Kim Kardashian’s name is nothing more than his ‘truth’ and that he doesn’t need to ‘clout chase’ to sell records.

“What makes a clout chaser? I don’t get it—these new terms,” he said during a phone interview on Real 92.3’s Big Boy’s Neighborhood. “[…] How do you chase clout? How is somebody that sold 20 million records, that is well established and is iconic in his own right, legendary in music—how do you chase clout?”
The Game made headlines last week after a clip of a never-before-heard track surfaced on the internet. The song included offensive lyrics about his alleged sexual relationship with Kim: “I made her swallow my kids until she choke, n***a,” he’s heard rapping in the video. “I should apologize cause ‘Ye is my folks, n***a.”
The Compton rapper defended the lines on social media, stating he only speaks “truths” and never got into the music business “to be the nice guy.”
Big Boy questioned The Game about the controversy surrounding the lyrics, which have been called violent and misogynistic. The Game insisted he was only speaking the truth, and that he wasn’t about to bite his tongue just because Kim is now a wife and mother. The rapper attempted to underscore his point by bringing up his own mother’s sex life—and, yes, it was incredibly awkward.
“You got people that, you know, that watch movies that feel like, ‘This is too much’ or ‘This is disrespectful,” he explained. “[…] And then when people say, ‘Oh, she’s a mother.’ Yeah, my momma’s a mother. How did I get here? I’m pretty sure my mom swallowed […] Let’s be real. Everybody listening, like yo, your momma didn’t get nasty? How did you get here?”
