[Exclusive] ‘The Real Housewives of Atlanta’ Season 13: Here’s What We Know So Far

Filming is well underway for ‘The Real Housewives of Atlanta’ season 13 and here’s everything we know about the cast members and what to expect.

The ladies are entering their second month of filming.

Kandi Burruss – Kandi has been front and center this season as the show’s “golden child” and still remains the highest paid ‘RHOA’ housewife. Not only is she filming ‘RHOA’ and working on more spin-offs, but she’s moved into producing specials for Bravo. We’ll see her continuing to expand her brand this season. We’ll also get to see how Kandi’s juggling being mom to newborn Blaze and working on all her businesses.

Porsha Williams – Aside from getting arrested for protesting in the name of Breonna Taylor, Porsha has been out in these Atlanta streets doing her best to fight for racial equality. We expect to see a new side to Porsha this season — as well as updates on her relationship with Dennis McKinley. Baby no. 2, perhaps?

Kenya Moore – Kenya and husband Marc Daly are working on their marriage, but things are definitely still rocky between them. It’s likely that will continue throughout the season. Kenya will also be seen focusing more on her expanding haircare line with advertisements featuring her daughter, Brooklyn Doris Daly.

Cynthia Bailey – Cynthia Bailey and Mike Hill were planning a wedding — but the coronavirus pandemic all but put a stop to those plans.

Drew Sidora – After a few years of *almost* joining the cast, Drew Sidora is said to be in full swing and preparing to tape with the rest of the ladies. She and fellow newbie LaToya Ali have been brought in to help the show appeal to younger audiences. For the last couple of seasons, the network’s other shows have been gaining in ratings or holding ground with target audiences while ‘RHOA’ has seen an overall decrease.

LaToya Ali: As we previously mentioned, been a bit of a hold up with LaToya’s estranged husband (Adam Ali) not wanting certain things filmed. They’ve recently ended their marriage, which may change things. In the event they’re not able to work through whatever hold-up they’re having (whether it be for him to film or not wanting her to show the kids), the backup plan is for LaToya to be a friend of the show. A similar situation unfolded with Sutton Stracke of ‘The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.’ Although she was announced as a ‘housewife,’ her husband wouldn’t allow their kids to be filmed so she was demoted to ‘friend.’
