If you thought Erykah Badu and Kendrick Lamar had a little somethin’-somethin’ going on — you were wrong!
Erykah took to Twitter to shut down the rumors of a love affair, writing:

Her tweet was in reference to the pair’s meeting at the 2013 BET Awards.
She continued to explain the extent of their ‘relationship’ …

…but some fans weren’t buying it. One fan, in particular, brought up Kendrick’s lyrics on Kanye West’s “No More Parties in L.A.” where he raps:
“Well cutie, I love your bougie booty. Come Erykah Badu me. Hell, let’s make a movie.”
Erykah shut that down too.
