Eminem surprised fans with the release of a deluxe version of his most recent album, ‘Music to Be Murdered By’ on Friday.

On one of the newly-added songs, “Zeus,” Eminem apologizes to Rihanna for referencing her violent assault at the hands of Chris Brown in a song that was recorded over 10 years ago, but surfaced on the internet last year.

“Of course I side with Chris Brown, I’d beat a bitch down too,” he rapped at the time.

In “Zeus.” Eminem addressed the poor choice of lyrics and admitted it was “wrong” to have recorded in the first place — even if it was over a decade ago.

“But me, long as I re-promise to be honest
And wholeheartedly, apologies, Rihanna
For that song that leaked, I’m sorry Ri
It wasn’t meant to cause you grief
Regardless, it was wrong of me”

You can hear the song in full below.
