It looks like those previous rumors of Elisabeth Hasselbeck leaving The View were true.
She confirmed her departure in a statement released today, saying she’ll be leaving to host FOX News Channel’s Fox & Friends.
“I have been a long-time fan of Fox & Friends and am excited to be joining their team in September as it is an honor to call the FOX News Channel my new television home.”
Hasselbeck will officially start on FOX in mid-September. Tomorrow is her final day on The View.
