Drake Dethrones Jay-Z for Most Billboard Hot 100 Top 10s Among Rappers

Drake has broken yet another Billboard record.

The rapper scored his 21st and 22nd top 10 record this past week, pushing him past Jay-Z to become th rapper with the most Hot 100 top 10s.

As previously reported, Drake’s “God’s Plan” blasts onto the Hot 100 at No. 1. The song arrived Jan. 19, along with fellow new track “Diplomatic Immunity,” which enters at No. 7. (Drake is the first act to have twice debuted two songs in the chart’s top 10 simultaneously; he first doubled up with a pair of top 10 debuts on April 8, 2017.)

“Plan” and “Immunity” are paired on Drake’s new two-track single titled “Scary Hours.”

As “Plan” arrives as Drake’s fourth Hot 100 No. 1, the track and “Immunity” mark the rapper, singer, writer and producer’s 21st and 22nd Hot 100 top 10s, respectively, lifting him ahead of JAY-Z for the most top 10s among rappers in the chart’s history.
