Drake fans are in for some disappointment.
The rapper took to Instagram to share that he’s pushed back the release of his new album, ‘Certified Lover Boy,’ that was initially due to drop this month.
“I was planning to release my album this month, but between surgery and rehab, my energy has been dedicated to recovery,” Drake wrote. “I’m blessed to be back on my feet, feeling great and focused on the album, but CLB won’t be dropping in January. I’m looking forward to sharing it with you all in 2021.”
Drake still hasn’t opened up about what ‘exact’ injury he’s recovering from, although he did share a photo in which one of his legs was in a brace. The running theory is that he underwent knee surgery to fix his ACL.
