Dr. Biden is currently a trending topic across social media after a misogynistic article about Jill Biden was published in the Wall Street Journal.
The article is titled “Is There a Doctor in the White House? Not if You Need an M.D.” and it was written by Joseph Epstein.
As the subtitle suggests, the entire article is about how Jill Biden “should think about dropping the honorific, which feels fraudulent, even comic.”
Absolutely not.
Dr. Biden is a Doctor of Education and has more than earned her title as “Doctor.”
Needless to say, the article did NOT land well and people across the country have come to Dr. Biden’s defense.
Dr. Biden, good on you. You earned your title. It’s not like you got your doctorate at Trump University.

I’m disappointed by the unvarnished sexism of the @WSJ op-ed that minimizes @DrBiden’s academic accomplishments. I doubt a successful man with a doctorate and two masters degrees would be treated with the same level of condescension.
