Donald Glover’s acting career continues to soar to new heights.
After winning a Golden Globe for Best TV Comedy Actor and landing the role of Lando Calrissian in the upcoming Han Solo Star Wars standalone film, it was announced this evening that Donald will play the role of Simba in Disney’s live-action The Lion King remake.
Jon Favreau, who will direct the film, made the announcement on Twitter. See his tweet below.
