Chris Brown/Drake Brawl Update: Tony Parker Sues Nightclub for $20 Million Over Eye Injury

Eva Longoria’s ex, Tony Parker, has sued Manhattan nightclub W.i.P. after suffering a scratched retina during the Chris Brown/Drake scuffle.

The Spurs point guard is reportedly asking for $20 million in damages against the club in a suit that was filed in Manhattan’s State Supreme Court Thursday.

He is claiming that the club’s security failed to properly oversee the premises, which thus led to the altercation.

The club has since been shut down, its manager was arrested on two outstanding warrants, and other injured partygoers have since threatened legal action.
