Blue Ivy Goes to Washington, Takes Over the White House [Photos]

In just two short years, Blue Ivy has been to places many people could only dream of. Her global quest continued over the weekend as she traveled to Washington D. C. with her parents for Michelle Obama’s 50th birthday celebration.
