‘America’s Got Talent’ has decided NOT to air a segment featuring a couple who sued the show on Tuesday.

The couple alleges  that host Tyra Banks humiliated their daughter while taping.

The couple, who allegedly wrote a song boasting about their daughter for “AGT,” claimed Banks made fun of it, and insinuated the girl was conceived by accident. It was ultimately dismissed on Thursday.

“We take great care of all acts that cross the ‘AGT’ stage and their families,” AGT’s parent company, Fremantle Media, said in a statement to the Daily News. “Tyra has been an incredible addition to ‘AGT’ with her vibrant energy and maternal nurturing spirit, and we look forward to continuing to watch her positive influence on the show.”

The suit also claimed Banks went as far as to shake the girl’s shoulders and pull her hair back.

The couple, referred to only as Jane and John Doe, alleged that the company tried to enter their minor daughter into a contract without their consent.

It is unclear what agreement has been reached between the family and the network.

The original suit claimed both intentional and negligent infliction of emotional distress, as well as civil battery and civil assault.

The judge needs to go ahead and dismiss that lawsuit. It sounds foolish.
