Amanda Bynes appears to be starting a new chapter in life, one that does not include heart-shaped tattoos on her face.

TMZ obtained a photo of the actress and her face tattoo appears much lighter than it used to be. It’s still slightly visible but tattoo removals usually require multiple sessions.
According to the outlet, Bynes was spotted out on Wednesday in Los Angeles, where she was also sporting a new platinum blonde hair color.
The troubled actress was placed on more than one 5150 holds this year, once after she was spotted roaming the streets naked.
She checked herself into an Orange County mental health treatment center at the beginning of July, just one week after leaving another facility in L.A.
Per a source close to TMZ, Bynes was happy with the latest center since she had access to a medical team, therapists and other patients as opposed to being isolated.
She was seen shopping and running errands in Orange County at the end of last month, which was her first time seen in public since she checked into the facility.
It’s unclear if she’s still undergoing treatment there as she was permitted to leave the facility during certain hours.
