Adam Rodriguez Joins the Cast of 'Empire' Ahead of Season 2

The cast of Empire just got a little hotter.

Adam Rodriguez joins the cast ahead of season 2 as a reoccurring guest star, Fox announced on Tuesday.

Adam will play concert promoter Laz Delegado who eventually takes an interest in Cookie — and you know Lucious probably won’t be having that!

With previously announced guest stars Alicia Keys, Lenny Kravitz, Chris Rock and Ne-Yo — Empire is shaping up to have an even more star-studded season than the first!

As confirmed by Taraji P. Henson, Empire returns on September 23rd.
