ABC has renewed the critically acclaimed comedy for a fourth season.

The news of its renewal comes on the heels of a string of cancellations by ABC.

Shondaland drama The Catch, American Crime, Dr. Ken, Last Man Standing, The Real O’Neals, Secrets & Lies and freshman comedy Imaginary Mary will not return for additional seasons on ABC.

black-ish aired its emotional third season finale on Wednesday.
