Given the success of its Thursday night lineup, it’s no surprise that ABC is eager to continue doing business with Shonda Rhimes.
The network recently gave a pilot order to an untitled legal drama from Shondaland scribe Paul William Davies.
Set in New York, the drama follows a group of new lawyers whose personal lives intersect as they handle the most high-profile cases in the country.

In case you missed it, the return of Shonda’s TGIT lineup (Grey’s Anatomy, Scandal and How to Get Away with Murder) has been pushed back to January 26 to accommodate a Donald Trump pre-inauguration special.
