Yikes: Woman Gets Dragged Off of Delta Flight in Detroit After She ‘Blew By’ a Gate Agent [Video]

Delta Air Lines can’t seem to stay out of headlines.

Just a few weeks after controversy caused by a Trump supporter who harassed other passengers mid-flight, video has surfaced of airport security literally dragging a woman off of a Delta Air Lines plane by her limbs.

The unidentified woman was “mouthy” and displayed a “huge attitude” before she was taken off the plane at Detroit Metro Airport, a passenger told the Renés Points blog.

In the video, posted on YouTube later Monday, the woman is pulled down the aisle by police officers as stunned travelers looked on.

“Police tackled her out of her seat and brought her to the ground,” the passenger told the blog. “Not sure how she was subdued, some people speculated a Taser.”

The passenger told Renés Points that the woman did not check in properly with the gate agent. In a statement, Erica Donerson of the Wayne County Airport Authority said that the passenger did not comply with boarding and baggage check procedures at the gate.

“When officers arrived, Delta Air Lines stated the woman could not remain on board,” Donerson said. “Despite repeated requests by officers, the woman refused to leave the aircraft and had to be removed. She was arrested and charges are pending.”

There was only a brief delay for the flight, which was heading to San Diego, according to the Renés Points blog.

They were not playing around with her.
