YFN Lucci is trying to get out of jail as he awaits his trial for murder because he claims he has family to support.
According to court documents, he’s asking the judge to set bond so he can take care of his “four underaged children.”
He also claims he financially supports his mom and pays for her home in Fulton County, GA>
Additionally, he says he’s not a flight risk and claims heĀ “poses no significant threat or danger to any person, to the community, or to any property in the community.”
He points out he has no felony criminal record either.
While all that may be true, he’s still being held on some rather serious charges — murder, aggravated assault, and potentially gun and gang-related felonies.
