I Am Cait finally premiered tonight on E!, and a camera crew was there to capture the moment Kanye West met Caitlyn Jenner for the first time.
Kanye accompanied his wife Kim Kardashian to Caitlyn’s home, and upon seeing the 65-year-old, he smiled, leaned in for a hug and said, “What up?”
Priceless.
Kanye also used the moment to express the magnitude of Caitlyn’s decision to live as she sees fit.
“I think this is one of the strongest things that have happened in our, you know, existence as human beings that are so controlled by perception. ‘Cause you couldn’t have been up against more. Like, your daughter is a supermodel; you’re a celebrity; you have every type of thing, and it was still like ‘Fuck everybody. This is who I am.'”
