It’s been four years since Kim Kardashian shared footage of Kanye West’s conversation with Taylor Swift over his controversial “Famous” lyrics — and we’re still getting new tidbits.
As a brief refresher, Kanye West released a song called “Famous” on his ‘The Life of Pablo’ album that had a line about Taylor Swift.
The line goes, “…I feel like me and Taylor might still have sex. Why? I made that b*tch famous.”
When the song dropped, Taylor took to the internet to deny having a conversation with Kanye about the line. Her publicist released the following statemet:
“Kanye did not call for approval, but to ask Taylor to release his single ‘Famous’ on her Twitter account. She declined and cautioned him about releasing a song with such a strong misogynistic message. Taylor was never made aware of the actual lyric, “I made that bitch famous.’”
Later, Kim Kardashian uploaded footage on Snapchat showing that Taylor approved the “might still have sex” portion of the ‘strong misogynistic message.’
Following that upload, Taylor took to Twitter to clarify that she took issue to the “that b*tch” reference.
Now, Kanye and Taylor’s conversation has surfaced in full — without Kim’s edits.
