Tyrese has one less reason to cry about.
The actor/singer scored a victory in court today when a judge denied ex-wife Norma Gibson’s request for a permanent restraining order. The judge also ruled that Tyrese and Norma will share 50/50 custody of their daughter Shayla starting in January.
They’ve settled on a visitation agreement until then that will allow Tyrese to spend time with his daughter over the holidays.

We hope that now Tyrese can spend some time focusing on his own mental health.
