Tyler Perry has cashed in, and this time he didn’t need to dress as Madea to do it!
The writer/director/producer/actor has sold his home in West Hollywood for 11.25 million dollars. The four-bedroom, six-bathroom mansion was purchased by Perry in 2006 for 9.6 million and is just down the street from RuPaul’s Drag Race star and singer/actor Willam Belli. The 9,725 square foot home also includes a gym, a sauna and a nightclub lounge complete with bar and disco ball.
The glass-floor catwalk inside the home is also the ceiling of the wine cellar. Meanwhile the window in the billiards room looks into the swimming pool. Perry also has a property in Atlanta and has amassed a fortune of around $400 million for his various television and film projects.
