Tweet took a moment to check-in from the hospital and let fans know that she’s doing well.

Last week it was reported by her close friends that she was in the hospital suffering from blood clots in both lungs, as well as in her right arm.

“MIRACLES STILL HAPPEN!!!!!! Just wanted to say thank you all for your love, concern, flowers, cards and most of all your prayers,” she writes. “I am doing well and going home soon. I was down but never count GOD out!!! TO GOD BE THE GLORY!!!”

We’re glad to hear she’s doing okay!
