Tom Girardi is officially saying goodbye to his lavish lifestyle. The embattled former lawyer has moved out of his multi-million dollar mansion and into a senior living facility amid bankruptcy, allegations of embezzlement and ailing health.

Erika Jayne’s estranged husband was spotted at the Belmont Village Senior Living facility in Burbank, Calif., Sunday in photos published by the Daily Mail.
Girardi, 82, wore a purple sweater over a blue button-down shirt and khaki pants. The black eye that he sported when Page Six spotted him earlier this month was noticeably gone.
It is unclear why the disgraced attorney, who was officially disbarred Friday by a California federal court, was at the assisted living home.
A Belmont Village employee would not confirm if he was a resident when we reached out to them. There are also no official court papers in his conservatorship case that document a possible move.
Girardi’s brother, Robert Girardi, filed official letters of conservatorship to become Tom’s permanent caretaker last month. Robert stated that Tom “has dementia” and a “major neurocognitive disorder” in documents obtained by Page Six.
Tom was first placed under the conservatorship in February after he suffered a medical emergency and was diagnosed with late-onset Alzheimer’s disease and dementia.
Lawyers for the Girardi brothers did not immediately respond to requests for comment on Tom’s sighting at the senior home.
The former lawyer previously lived in a Pasadena, Calif., mansion with the star of “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.” The estate is still listed for sale on Zillow.
Jayne, 50, is currently living in a much smaller bachelorette pad, which she showed off on the Bravo reality show, as the legal cases against her and Tom continue.
She filed for divorce in November 2020.
